Frozen elderberries retain a large percentage of the berries’ antioxidants during processing, making them an ideal choice for crafting wellness tonics and supplements. Frozen orders ship priority on Monday to ensure fresh delivery. Berries will keep for up to 6 months in the freezer, or up to 2 years in vacuum-sealed bags.
Dried berries retain most of their nutritional and taste profile without the added water weight. They also boast an impressive shelf life. Our growers offer both thermally dried and freeze-dried options. Dried berries are the perfect choice for making shelf-stable products.
