Most items ship promptly from the farm after ordering. However, there are times when inventory may need replenishing before orders can be fulfilled. Shipping times are from the day the order is fulfilled, not from the day the order was placed.
To ensure freshness, shipping options for frozen and refrigerated items are limited to UPS 3 Day Ground or faster services. Slower shipping options are not available for these items.
All frozen orders ship on the next Monday after they are placed. For example, an order placed anytime Tuesday through Sunday will ship the following Monday, based on availability.
Prices for frozen elderberry juice and frozen elderberries includes a $100 fee for packaging and handling. Recently, we have experienced unfortunate issues with shipping and freight companies mishandling perishable items. This fee covers the cost of heavy-duty packaging so that frozen items arrive intact and as cold as possible. We are continuously searching for less expensive options that will guarantee the same level of protection.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside to Hawaii or Alaska or to destinations outside the United States.
